Cancelling a reserved place
The whole amount of the tuition fee deposit will only be refunded if the Higher Vocational Training Qualification programme is cancelled, if an error attributable to the School has been made, or in the case of non-EU students whose visa application has been refused. (Documentary proof of this is needed.)
Exceptionally, a refund of the tuition fee deposit may be considered before the start of the registration period, provided the interested party shows that unexpected causes of a personal nature prevent him/her from following the course in a normal way.
Cancellation of enrolment
As a general rule, cancellations of enrolments may only be requested if the interested party shows that unexpected causes of a personal nature prevent him/her from following the course in a normal way. If the request is submitted within the 30 days following enrolment, and a refund is authorised, 35% of the total amount of the enrolment fee is retained to cover general expenses: delivery of documents, reservation of places, and administration costs. Outside this period, if a refund is authorised, the amount retained is 35% of the total amount of the enrolment fee corresponding to the course period that has elapsed.
